Returns & Exchanges
If any items in your order are damaged, contact or Customer Service Department at (203) 846-3900 or by email at customerservice@greatatlantictrophy.com. If the box in which your order arrives is severely damaged, please refuse shipment and contact us immediately. Please include all information about the broken item(s) including the item number and description of damage, your customer number, name, address and phone number where you can be reached.
Our Customer Service representatives will be happy to replace the damaged items or parts.
Free Engraving
All awards except where noted include 50 letters of free engraving ($0.05 per additional letter, $.20 per additional letter for marble items, $0.50 per additional letter for crystal and glass items.) Logos may also be engraved free of charge, with approved artwork (see guidelines and call our toll-free number with any questions prior to ordering.)
Free Shipping
Free ground shipping for all pre-paid orders shipped within the continental U.S. over $150.00, excluding tax.
Order Processing/Engraving
Most orders are processed, engraved and packed for shipment within 3-5 business days after artwork approval (7-10 days April-June.) Items requiring additional production time are marked in their description. If you need your awards sooner, please let us know that your order is RUSH and we will process within 48 hours. Multiple shipping options can also speed delivery.
Processing does not include time-in-transit.
