Methods
While ordering directly from this site is the preferred method to minimize the chance of any engraving errors, you may also order these products by phone, fax or email.
Online Ordering
Add items to your basket after viewing the desired products, assigning a desired quantity and pressing the ADD TO CART button. Each time that button is pressed, the chosen quantity will be added. You may change that quantity or remove the product(s) from your cart at any time by clicking VIEW CART at the top of any page.
Attributes
Some products have individual options for size, color, figures, etc. When placing your order, please be sure to select those appropriate options. You will be prompted to do so for options that are required.
Same Product Style - Multiple Engravings
For products such as trophies that may have the same style but different inscriptions, please order quantities based on individual engraving. However, instead of ordering separate quantities for each separate name for example, you may leave the ENGRAVING box blank and contact us with instructions. You may also send a separate file (preferable Word or Excel) with your individual inscriptions.
Checkout
The process is quick and simple! You will be prompted to add billing and shipping information, your credit card and preferred shipping method. If you have any questions or problems along the way, please feel free to call us and a Customer Service Representative will guide you.
Tax
Applicable tax will be added to all Connecticut orders. If you are in the State of Connecticut and have tax-exempt status, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER VIA THIS SITE. Contact us by phone, fax or email and we will process your order manually. You will be required to supply proof of tax-exempt status (501c , etc.) |
