Is it safe to order online from Great Atlantic Trophy Company?
Yes, your order is placed on a secure server using 128/256-bit encryption.
Our security certificate assures that credit card numbers and other personal
information cannot be accessed or viewed or altered by unauthorized parties.

Will my personal information be kept safe?
Yes, in addition to online security, Great Atlantic Trophy Company LLC will
never share any of your personal information with third parties unless
required by law or in the actual process of your transaction (credit card
and shipping processing.) We do not sell client information to anyone.

What method of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may
also choose to pay by Money Order if ordering by phone or fax.
We do not accept Western Union or personal checks.

How can I contact you?
While orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays,
our regular office hours are 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.

What are my shipping options
We ship via UPS. Ground, Next Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select services are available.

How soon will my awards arrive?
We process all orders within 24 hours of confirmation and usually ship within
3-5 days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from us with a tracking
number for that shipment. If there will be a delay, we will contact you and
estimate arrival time.

Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, we will gladly ship to an APO/FPO address. At this time, these orders
must be placed by phone or fax and require shipment via the
United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail.)

Do you offer "Rush Service"?
Yes. At times when you need items to be shipped within 24 hours, please order
by calling our toll-free number. Orders MUST be placed before 1:00 p.m. EST.
Rush Shipments will be charged an additional 20% of the total order plus
overnight shipping charges if required.

Do the awards I order arrive assembled?
Most of our items are shipped fully assembled, ready for presentation. However
to protect some items from breakage during shipment and to reduce your
shipping costs, some assembly may be required by you. This usually means
simply attaching a figure with a single nut provided. We will include full
instructions with your order if this is necessary.

How much does engraving cost?
All of our awards include 50 letters of free engraving. Additional letters are
charged at $.05 each (crystal and glass $.50 each additional letter.)

Can I make changes to my order?
Because we process all orders almost immediately upon receipt, we are usually
unable to make changes after the order is placed. Please carefully verify that
all information is correct when placing your order.

Is there an extra charge to include a logo?
No, as long as the logo is supplied in one of the acceptable formats listed here.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
We charge sales tax only to Connecticut residents and on orders picked up at our
Norwalk, CT location.

How do I select a figure for my trophies?
Before placing your order, please use the Find-A-Figure page to view all available
figures. When placing your order, please be VERY specific about your choice.
If you can't find the figure you desire, please call our Sales Dept. and an
Associate will do their best to find what you need. *Please note that some figures
have an additional charge.*

What kind of artwork do you accept?
We accept EPS, CDR and WMF files. Bitmap files (like .jpg, .bmp, tiff and .gif
may also be acceptable if the resolution at its final size is 300 dpi or larger.
Low resolution bitmap files or artwork not submitted in digital form may require
additional artwork charges ($135/hour - minimum $50 charge.) Please call us if
you have any questions before ordering.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
Yes. Our showroom is located in Norwalk, CT. Click here for details and an

Can I combine items in my order to qualify for Special Pricing?
Generally yes, for items of the same product number (even with different
colors, engraving, etc.) Our order system will automatically amalgamate these
items and apply any appropriate quantity discount to your final order.

Do you offer a printed catalog?
Not at this time. We currently opt to keep our online catalog up-to-date instead.
This translates into significant savings for you.

Are your awards high quality?
Unlike others, we strive to offer only the highest quality products online and in our
store regardless of our cost. By personally selecting products from among more
than 100 manufacturers and distributors, we provide only the finest products
available. Items from our competitors may look similar, but there is a huge
difference from some of the so-called "leaders", so shop carefully.

Are there other ways to order from Great Atlantic Trophy Company?
